Simpson H. M. Hall Miller Co 2126 Silverplate Brass Basket Indians Cherubs Angel

This is for a neat old Simpson Hall Miller & Company woven basket. It is marked on the back with
SIMPSON H. M. & Co. Quadruple Plate 2126.
It floral rim and the middle bottom of the basket has a raised scene that looks very art nouveau. The scene is of what looks like an angel ascending with cherub with torches and below those look like a native or Indian with a spear and maybe a Indian woman with a baby. The basket weave slats look to be maybe brass or a brass color but they won’t take a magnet. The basket looks to be in fine shape with no breaks or cracks, it is just dark with patina/tarnish. I am going to leave it as is with no cleaning, will leave that for new owner, if they like. I believe this was made before 1900.
