Description
Victorian Silver Plated Engraved Compote BasketThis piece is interesting simply because it is so old.
8 5/8” in diameter, 3 ¼” tall, and handle is additional 5” tall.
A bit bent up, see the photos, but a neat old piece. The metal is rather bendable, and if you're someone with a bit more patience and skill than what I have, you could probably set it to rights. Quite a bit of silver loss, though I think some of the dark spots would shine up with a bit more love.
